Adult Freestyle Kickboxing

Do you want to get fit but hate going to the gym and struggle to get motivated? Then our Adult Freestyle Kickboxing will be perfect for you. These classes are high energy, action packed and will help you reach your fitness goals. In just 90 minutes you will burn in excess of 1000 calories in these classes.

You will feel part of a community and team with constant support from our qualified instructors and fellow students.  There is no previous experience required and we welcome beginners from all walks of life, men and women. With always two instructors in attendance to guide you through classes ensuring you never get overwhelmed.

These classes will help boost your self-confidence, lose weight, get fit and most importantly have fun whilst doing it. You will learn Kickboxing techniques from our tried and tested syllabus created by our World Champion instructors.  From punching pads, kicking bags, mastering Self-defence techniques to competition sparring; this class has it all.  

It has been proven that training in Martial Arts boosts endorphins and relieves stress.
