‘Workout Wednesday’ a 45 minute full body training session combining the latest fitness
trends such as HIT Training, Cardiovascular Training, Interval Training, Resistance
Training, Pad Blast, Strength & Conditioning and much more. Each class is coached
by our highly qualified World Champion instructors. Whether your goal is to loose
weight, get fit or just tone up we can help you achieve these with guidance and support.
Each session will push you to your limits, raising your heart rate into high calorie
burning zone and make you use muscles you never thought you had. Workout Wednesday
is a group class and all exercises are done as a group with everyone supporting each
